In this role, you'll work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, warehouses, and cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy, support international shipments, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory control, operations, or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced business environment
- Exposure to domestic and international shipping processes
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite or similar platforms
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, reporting, and PivotTables
- Ability to analyze information, make sound decisions, and drive results
- Continuous improvement mindset with a desire to enhance processes and systems
Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory accuracy across physical locations and ERP systems
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, collaborating with vendors, freight providers, and internal stakeholders
- Support inventory management activities including cycle counts and stock audits at company and third-party logistics (3PL) facilities
- Process and maintain ERP transactions accurately, including inventory movements and data uploads
- Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and logistics-related challenges
- Respond promptly to supply chain requests from internal teams and external partners
- Partner with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Installation, and Support teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and drive operational excellence
- Assist with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities when required
- Deliver professional and proactive communication to customers, vendors, and cross-functional partners
