About The Position

The Campbell's Supply Chain Leadership Internship Program is a dynamic 12-week experience designed to give you hands-on exposure to one of the world's most iconic food companies. You'll take ownership of high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present your recommendations to leaders at the conclusion of the program. Along the way, you'll receive mentorship, coaching, and feedback from experienced professionals, including your manager, executive sponsors, and business leaders invested in your success. This isn't a "watch from the sidelines" internship. You'll gain real-world experience, develop critical leadership skills, and build a strong foundation in supply chain management while contributing to meaningful work that matters. Through the program, you'll explore multiple areas of the supply chain and gain exposure to our global business, tackle real business challenges and drive impactful solutions, build leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, learn from experienced professionals and senior leaders, expand your professional network across functions and locations, and gain insights into one of the largest food companies in North America.
