About The Position

Campbell’s Supply Chain Leadership Internship Program is a 12-week summer experience offering hands-on exposure to the company’s end-to-end supply chain. Interns own high-impact business projects that support operations, products, and customers; collaborate with cross-functional teams; and present recommendations to leaders at the end of the program. Participants receive mentorship, coaching, and feedback from their manager, executive sponsors, and business leaders. The program provides exposure to multiple supply chain areas and the broader business, leadership development, professional development workshops, and networking opportunities. High-performing interns may be considered for full-time opportunities or leadership development programs after graduation. Opportunities are available at Campbell’s Global Headquarters in Camden, New Jersey, and at manufacturing and operational locations across the United States.

Requirements

• Be a rising senior or graduate student with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
• Major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrate leadership potential and a drive to learn.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be able to take initiative and manage multiple priorities.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively as a team player.
• Be adaptable, curious, and eager to tackle new challenges.
• Be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of meaningful, high-impact business projects supporting operations, products, and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and develop solutions.
• Present project recommendations to leaders at the conclusion of the program.
• Explore multiple areas of the supply chain and gain exposure to Campbell’s global business.
• Participate in mentorship, coaching, professional development, and networking activities.
