Are you looking for an internship opportunity in Haleon Philippines within the Supply Chain function? If so, this is the role for you. We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for interns who are interested to broaden their knowledge in Supply Chain Digitalization. The Supply Chain Data & Digitalization Intern will support the team in improving efficiency, visibility, and decision-making by strengthening data foundations, automating manual processes, and enhancing reporting and digital ways of working. The intern will work closely with the Customer Supply Chain Lead and collaborate with Customer Service, Demand Planning and Trade Marketing.

Requirements

  • At least 3rd year undergraduate in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong interest in data, digitalization, and process improvement
  • Comfortable working with numbers and datasets
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
  • Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and able to break down problems, analyze data, and derive meaningful insights
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Curious and proactive in identifying better, faster, and smarter ways of working
  • Effective Communication: Able to explain data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-Motivation & Adaptability: Deadline-driven, flexible, and capable of thriving in an empowered, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Performance Excellence & Attention to Detail: Strong drive for achieving high performance standards, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and reliability, and ensuring quality in all aspects of work.

Nice To Haves

  • Power BI or similar tools is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of automation, databases, or programming (e.g., Power Automate, SQL, Python) is a plus but not required
  • Proven experience in creating dashboards and automated reports

Responsibilities

  • Support data preparation, validation, and consolidation across customer service and supply chain reports
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, or automated reports (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar tools) to improve visibility of KPIs such as service level, order fulfillment, and backlog
  • Identify manual, repetitive activities within customer service processes and propose digital or automation solutions
  • Assist in documenting standard processes, data definitions, and reporting logic to enable consistency and scalability
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis to answer business questions and drive fact-based decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and usability
