About The Position

To facilitate disposition (return, dispose or otherwise) of customer owned or supplied tools, equipment (assets), material, components, data files, quality records and retain/reference samples.

Requirements

• Utilize IQMS, Excel, Word, Outlook

Responsibilities

• Run reports to determine Obsolete programs and their related tooling and inventory
• Prepare obsolescence worksheets
• Gather details and request quotes for non-moving materials
• Work with multiple departments to gather complete product details and inventory: Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality, Tool Room, Warehouse, Doc Control, Estimating, Customer Service
• Update documented procedures for obsolete tooling
• Other projects as identified
