About The Position
Pella Corporation is seeking motivated undergraduate students for our Supply Chain Internship in Medford, WI. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting Pella's Supply Chain organization through meaningful projects and day-to-day business activities. Interns are placed on a specific team based on business needs, educational background, and skills, allowing them to gain practical experience while contributing to real business initiatives. Throughout the summer, interns collaborate with experienced professionals, build their professional networks, and develop skills that prepare them for future careers in supply chain and operations. Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related major.
- Strong academic standing
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or involvement through campus organizations, work experience, athletics, volunteer activities, or other experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with and influence others
- Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new processes and concepts quickly
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

- Experience leading projects, initiatives, or team efforts from planning through execution preferred
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience supporting Pella's Supply Chain organization with a focus on materials management, procurement, and supply chain operations.
- Analyze business processes.
- Support strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to projects that improve efficiency and drive business results.
- Develop a deeper understanding of how materials, suppliers, and internal partners work together to support manufacturing operations.
- Build skills in problem solving, data analysis, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.
