Regal Boats is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This internship offers hands-on experience inside a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will gain exposure to purchasing, inventory control, supplier relations, production planning, logistics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Conversational English.

Responsibilities

  • Support purchasing and procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier communication, and tracking deliveries.
  • Assist with monitoring inventory levels to help ensure parts and materials are available for production.
  • Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports related to purchasing trends, shortages, and on-time delivery.
  • Partner with production teams to support scheduling and material flow across departments.
  • Help identify process improvement opportunities that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Assist with logistics coordination, freight scheduling, and shipment tracking.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with operations, engineering, and finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate records within ERP/MRP systems and spreadsheets.
  • Support special projects related to strategic sourcing, cost savings, or supplier development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
