About The Position

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of inbound and outbound goods and materials. You will work closely with various departments and external suppliers to manage stock inventory and purchase orders efficiently. This role offers a unique chance to learn about supply chain management and contribute to our company's success.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in supply chain operations and a desire to gain practical experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Basic understanding of inventory management concepts.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages day to day supply functions: ensures that the purchase orders are properly processed / received and invoiced.
• Updates system material masterdata, which may include modification and creations.
• Communicates with Sales Team and Customer Service about stock inventory and availability of the products.
• Coordinates potential Quality issues.
• Obtains and evaluates all relevant information necessary to handle products management: end of the month closure /shelflife management...
• Helps the distribution Manager in the daily tasks (stock inventory management and orders’ preparation for Amazon and On Line Boutique)
• Ensures a good forecast accuracy through regular exchanges with Sales team.
• Helps with functions on Microsoft Office, SAP, various websites and software for status updates of the inbound and outbound flows.
