About The Position

Scoular’s Supply Chain Internship immerses you in a challenging, fast-paced environment to purchase, and transport ingredients worldwide. By leveraging our complex agricultural supply chain across industries, you will learn the logistics, supply chain, and commercial operations of international food ingredient distribution. You will support projects involving supplier management, customer support, business analytics, process improvement, and supply chain operations. You will analyze business data, market information, and operational processes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and improve operational performance. You will utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, CRM systems, AI-enabled technologies, and automation platforms to support decision-making and process improvements. You will build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and service providers. You will lead a high-impact summer project focused on improving a business process, creating operational efficiencies, or enhancing visibility across the supply chain. You will present project findings, recommendations, and business impact to company leadership at the conclusion of the internship.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in international business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Interested in a career where you can grow a business and collaborate across departments.
  • A natural relationship builder with the ability to network and leverage existing relationships.
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A strong communicator with a customer service mindset.
  • Comfortable working in high volume environment.
