About The Position

This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in supply chain operations. The intern will be involved in data analysis, project support, and cross-departmental collaboration. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The intern will contribute to daily operations and long-term projects, developing presentations and reports to support project advancement.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Time management
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Able to read and interpret technical, regulatory and contractual documentation.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Use excel to manipulate data and identify trends
  • Articulate conclusions from data to upper management
  • Consolidate data as requested
  • Balance between daily operations work and long-term projects
  • Develop presentations and reports to aid in project advancement
  • Attend and participate in meetings with various departments
  • Communicate effectively with managers on project goals and outcomes
