About The Position
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead change management and readiness activities for supply chain system and process integration. This role ensures stakeholders, suppliers, and partners are prepared for upcoming changes, minimizing adoption risks and protecting business continuity.
Requirements
- 6+ years in supply chain, project management, or change management.
- Strong skills in project management, change management, influence without authority, MS Suite.
- Experience in large-scale integration or transformation programs.
Nice To Haves
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or change management certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead project and change management for supply chain readiness.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications, training, and readiness deliverables.
- Influence cross-functional teams and suppliers without direct authority.
- Track readiness actions, risks, and adoption evidence.
- Provide clear updates to leadership and support cutover/hypercare.
