About The Position

PepsiCo is seeking enthusiastic undergraduates for a 12-month, full-time Supply Chain placement based in Leicester, starting in July 2027. Placement students join PepsiCo’s Supply Chain team and gain hands-on experience in daily operations and end-to-end processes in a fast-paced environment. They will work on real objectives and projects, contribute to their department, and receive development and mentoring. The role involves collaboration across Operations, Inventory, Transport, Planning and IT, and may include supporting activities such as new product launches. The placement is intended for students in the penultimate year of university on a course that offers a sandwich placement before returning to study. Applicants should be following a path to a degree in Business Management or a closely related discipline and have the right to work for the full placement period, July 2027 to July 2028.

Responsibilities

Analyse operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and apply problem-solving techniques to address operational challenges.

Gain hands-on experience of daily operations and end-to-end processes.
Collaborate with teams across Operations, Inventory, Transport, Planning and IT.
Support key operational activities, including new product launches.
