About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and willing learner to support our Order to Cash (OTC) automation and continuous improvement efforts. This internship provides hands-on experience working with enterprise systems, automation tools, and data analytics initiatives within a dynamic supply chain organization. The intern will spend approximately 75% of their time supporting SAP ERP system updates focused primarily in the OTC process area, including master data maintenance, table updates, and e-Commerce setups. The selected candidate will gain exposure to SAP and Elemica platforms while helping automate customer order entry processes and improve customer service levels. The role will collaborate with customers, Customer Relations Specialists, the Business Process Specialist (BPS) team, and Supply Chain functional leads. Additional opportunities may include dashboard development, workflow automation, and data analysis projects using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Power BI.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in a 4-year college or university program
• Available May through August with a minimum 3-month commitment
• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Information Systems, or related field
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Interest in ERP systems, automation, and business process improvement

Nice To Haves

• Sophomore or Junior standing
• Experience or coursework in SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Interest in supply chain, data analytics, or process automation
• Comfortable learning and working directly within enterprise systems

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of customers to the Elemica Quicklink Order Automation Gen-AI system
• Perform SAP ERP system updates and maintenance activities
• Assist with master data management and e-Commerce setup activities
• Support dashboard creation, reporting, and data analysis initiatives
• Assist with workflow automation and continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Relations teams
