About The Position

Ready Computing is expanding its innovation efforts into supply chain transformation, bridging clinical operations with the movement of goods, data, and resources that support care delivery. As a Supply Chain Engineering Intern within their Innovation group, the individual will play a hands-on role in shaping this emerging area. They will support technical initiatives, contribute to solution development, and help translate complex supply chain concepts into practical, real-world applications for healthcare organizations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, exploratory environment and is interested in the intersection of technology, healthcare, and supply chain systems.

Requirements

  • Actively participating or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Background in software engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Focus and Interest in healthcare, logistics, or supply chain systems.
  • Professional level in English (CEFR B2+, or equivalent).
  • Native proficiency in Italian.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Analytical thinking to identify issues and develop solutions.
  • Flexibility in responding to changing situations and priorities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling narratives for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Relevant skills in software, tools, or platforms specific to the role.
  • Thoroughness in completing tasks accurately.
  • Ability to generate new ideas, think creatively, and propose solutions that improve processes, products, or outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop working knowledge of Ready Computing’s core supply chain technologies, including Channels360 (Supply Chain Edition), InterSystems Supply Chain Orchestrator, and Tesisquare.
  • Participate in the design and development of solution demonstrations, including scenario scripting and lightweight technical components.
  • Assist in the creation of technical and business-facing content, including sales materials, proposals, and marketing collateral.
  • Contribute to product and service documentation to support internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, including sessions with partners and prospective clients.
  • Support additional innovation initiatives and technical efforts as needed.
