About The Position

This position requires an analytically focused individual who is eager to study and take part in supply chain projects for BlueGrace customers. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of work experience in a supply chain engineering or analyst position. At this stage, Engineers will be expected to tackle a large variety of projects for customers and potential customers. This individual will frequently find themselves working with extremely large data sets, collected from a variety of sources. They will be required to normalize and diagnose this data, and then identify potential customer solutions.

Requirements

1-2 years of work experience in a supply chain engineering or analyst position.
A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) with a focus in Mathematics, Engineering, or Supply Chain
Analytical thinker with creative tendencies
Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and query-based systems
Possess a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, most importantly Excel
Ability to effectively manage a wide variety of tasks simultaneously and often with time conflicting pressures
Demonstrated ability to work productively and effectively in a team environment
Experience in creating and publishing reports and/or access to reports on a timely basis
Experience working in Tableau/Power BI (or another data visualization software)
Experience working with route-building, load-planning, or TMS-based optimization software.

Nice To Haves

Strong understanding of Supply Chain Solutions including (but not limited to): Mode Conversion, Shipment Aggregation, Route Optimization, Inventory Placement Modelling, Pool Points.
