About The Position

The Supply Chain Engineer will lead and coordinate SAP S/4HANA deployment projects within the Maintenance Department, working with cross-functional teams with an emphasis on inventory and purchasing. This role involves developing Power BI dashboards using raw data to support decision-making and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for the Maintenance and Production departments, utilizing VBA automation and programming for improved efficiency and data accuracy. The engineer will optimize production and maintenance protocols for new products by applying technical knowledge of manufacturing operations to minimize downtime and maximize output. Additionally, they will create and improve Standard Operating Procedures for all production machines, ensure compliance with Safe Quality Food audits, Environmental Health and Safety Standards, and maintain Critical Control Point tests. The role also includes developing mechanics' standards capability, providing task prioritization, and ensuring project management compliance. Implementation of lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and reduce waste is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in Manufacturing in food/beverage industry.
• Two (2) years of experience using Business Intelligence tools to provide recommendations on KPIs and provide solutions to Production, Maintenance and Quality departments (Tableau, Power BI, and Data Studio).
• Two (2) years of experience in Inventory Management, Schedule Planning, and Financial Analysis in ERP Systems and/or VBA to ensure records are maintained.
• Two (2) years of experience leading cross-functional collaboration and project management for pricing, workforce, and capital initiatives, driving profitability through strategic resource allocation.
• Two (2) years of experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to diagnose systemic issues, validate corrective actions through data-driven testing, and establish standardized documentation to maintain regulatory compliance across multiple business functions.
• One (1) year of experience developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized operational parameters using Minitab and VBA to optimize equipment performance and process consistency.
• One (1) year of experience designing and implementing framework systems such as work order and material management systems, leveraging operational tools to enhance workflow performance and minimize waste across processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanic’s standards capability by using technical knowledge, providing task prioritization, discussions, career development action plans ensuring project management compliance.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and reduce waste.
