Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain , Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related discipline

Responsibilities

Participants in our Supply Chain Development Program will accelerate their careers with on-job training as well as industry exposure.
Participants have the ability to strategically execute new and exciting initiatives throughout our integrated supply chain organization.
Participants start by completing an initial 9 to 12 week onboarding with other SCDP trainees; this training consists of business acumen and leadership training.
Following onboarding, participants get practical and intentional experience through a series of rotational assignments.
These assignments enable participants to hone communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills as they navigate the daily complexities of supply chain management.
