About The Position

The Co-Op program at Johnson & Johnson provides students with real-life hands-on experience, coaching and mentoring, networking opportunities, and the chance to connect with peers from various universities across the country. Participants will work on projects designed to enhance leadership, analytical, and project management skills. The role involves cross-functional teamwork, allowing collaboration with diverse individuals across the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Consumer, and Corporate/Enterprise sectors. This interactive team environment is structured to develop capabilities and skills, building a strong career foundation.

Requirements

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.
  • Must not have any Summer Internship contract or other employment commitment that could interfere with the contract dates specified for this position.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL is required.
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
  • Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
  • If under 18 years of age, may need to obtain necessary working papers or documentation required by state law to start the assignment, as well as get a parent’s consent for the background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Tableau and Info Steward is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Supply Chain Master Data Management Team with day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data and process gaps and plan for their resolution.
  • Assist with master data cleanup under direction.
  • Understand the functionality of the Enterprise Master Data Management solution and support key deliverables.
  • Create new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions for processes within the Master Data Management (MDM) space.
  • Engage in the creation, update, communication, and monitoring of Data Quality Metrics and reports.
  • Perform Data Quality functions using Info Steward and Tableau.
  • Support SharePoint site initiatives to enhance customer experience.
