The Supply Chain Data Analyst will develop, maintain, and improve material forecasting models, utilize advanced analytical tools to predict material requirements and optimize inventory strategies, and design automated reporting and planning tools. This role involves analyzing large datasets to identify trends and risks, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions, and monitoring inventory consumption patterns. The analyst will also generate material requisitions, track supplier commitments, collaborate with Procurement and Operations to mitigate shortages, and develop KPIs to measure performance. Ensuring ERP system accuracy, leading root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives are key. The role also includes creating business intelligence solutions, working with IT on system enhancements, and maintaining communication with suppliers and logistics providers. Occasional travel to supplier locations may be required. Compliance with all Plant policies and procedures is mandatory.
