About The Position

As a Fresh Food Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing fresh food inventory and menu planning cycles. You’ll partner closely with the Supply Chain Manager, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure accurate orders, timely deliveries, and compliance with company quality standards.

Requirements

• 2 + years of experience in the logistics industry preferably in airline catering.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet).
• Multitasking & excellent data entry skills.
• Able to work weekends.

Nice To Haves

• College degree preferred.
• Experience with AX or other inventory systems, a plus
• Experience of operating in a deadline driven, pressurized environment.
• Logical and methodical approach to tasks.
• The ability to implement and maintain quality documentation whilst raising awareness of the benefits
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meal ordering and menu planning with a focus on fresh food production
• Liaise with the Supply Chain Manager and suppliers to ensure specifications and delivery schedules are met
• Maintain up-to-date menu cycles and order adjustments to reflect operational needs
• Support cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth communication between purchasing, production, and dispatch teams
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for fresh food items
• Ensure menu accuracy and retrieve unused menus in the event of cancellations or discrepancies
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service quality
