About The Position

The Supply Chain Coordinator keeps our 3P brand portfolio in stock and moving. You’ll place the replenishment orders that bring inventory in, build the shipments that flow it out to the marketplace, and pre-plan inbound receiving with the warehouse in between — across many brands, on each brand’s rhythm. Forecasting and demand planning are owned upstream. You interpret and execute the plan: prioritize what’s at risk, keep purchase orders and shipments on cadence, and hold the data behind them clean. It’s a high-volume, detail-driven seat that runs on accuracy and tight coordination with the warehouse.

Requirements

• 2+ years in supply chain, eCommerce / marketplace operations, fulfillment, or purchasing — or equivalent hands-on operations experience.
• Proven accuracy at volume — you’ve kept a large queue of SKUs, orders, or shipments clean without dropping one.
• A planning and analytical mindset — you read inventory data, reason about capacity, hours, and sequence, and turn it into a clean, prioritized set of buys and shipments.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (lookups, filters, pivots) and quick to pick up new tools. Our stack includes a planning / shipment-build engine, Amazon Seller Central, an inventory management system, a warehouse management system, and Google Sheets / Excel.
• An exception-minded approach — you resolve at-risk SKUs and stuck shipments rather than park them.
• Cadence discipline and clear communication — you work to each brand’s rhythm, keep a clean queue, and flag blockers early.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on Amazon Seller Central / FBA — inbound shipment creation, replenishment, POs.
• Purchasing / PO management against a demand plan.
• Inbound / receiving coordination — carrier appointments, pallet-level receiving plans.
• Prior experience with a planning or order-management system.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory health across the 3P portfolio; surface at-risk and near-OOS SKUs early.
• Place replenishment purchase orders on each brand’s cadence; flag overrides to the plan.
• Maintain clean, current inventory-health reporting for the team.
• Build inbound-to-marketplace shipments and verify them SKU by SKU before release.
• Translate each verified build into build hours and sequence it against the warehouse’s available capacity — prioritizing what needs to ship so the floor works the right queue.
• Hand off built shipments to the freight seat with complete routing and ship detail.
• Work exceptions — constraints, data gaps, marketplace holds — to resolution.
• Keep marketplace inbound clean: accurate routing and shipment data, no friction on landing.
• Chase inbound POs and confirm or set carrier receiving appointments.
• Translate each inbound PO into a pallet-level plan (SKU, lot, expiration, quantity, ship-now vs. store) so the warehouse can pre-plan staging and putaway.
• Verify and maintain 3P brand data from onboarding forward — accurate inputs drive accurate buys and builds.
• Review each brand’s live online shelf (listings, stock, price, competitor position) for demand signals.
• Translate the plan into prioritized inbound and outbound work for the warehouse floor.
