About The Position

Leonardo DRS Naval Power Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to connect suppliers, purchasing, planning, and operations. The coordinator tracks purchase orders, supplier updates, material status, and production priorities; communicates information clearly; identifies risks early; and helps teams address material issues before they affect deliveries. The role supports the dependable delivery of naval power systems and related solutions for the U.S. Navy and navies around the world. U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be flexible and willing to move between projects and tasks quickly as needed.
Ability to listen to others and work well as part of a team.
Organized and persistent, with the ability to follow an issue across teams until there is a clear next step.
U.S. citizenship is required.

Experience in supply chain, planning, purchasing, or a related function.

Responsibilities

Track purchase orders, supplier commitments, and material availability.
Follow up on late or at-risk items and promptly communicate changes.
Help resolve discrepancies in orders, receipts, and inventory records.
Work with planning, manufacturing, quality, and other teams to understand material needs and timing.
Maintain accurate supply chain data and help identify improvements to handoffs and follow-through.
