About The Position

The Supply Chain Coordinator is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional responsible for supporting product lifecycle management, product data administration, demand planning, procurement coordination, inventory availability, and logistic operations across SPS Commerce & company’s network of customers which all report directly to the Supply Chain Product Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and 1-2 years related experience and/or training
Strong work ethic with team player mindset
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Logistics: 1 year (Required)
Products: 1 year (Required)

Nice To Haves

SPS Commerce knowledge a plus
Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with the communication between the customer services team and our US vendor.
Responsible for ensuring the completeness of logistic clearance information and documents. Ensure the communication between our service providers and customers are completed in a timely manner.
Real-time monitoring and tracking of shipment's customs clearance information and status, investigate, resolve and communicate operational or entry issues.
Coordinate and follow-up with our warehouse and 3PL warehouses for the customer's needs. Such as: order fulfillment, forwarding, dropship, transshipment, and demolition etc.
Coordinate with our customer service team to follow up with our last mile solution providers regarding lost packages, undeliverable packages and refund requests.
ensuring the accurate setup, maintenance, and management of product information within company's supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, and client-facing systems.
Assists/supports new product launches, product transitions, pricing updates, inventory planning, vendor coordination, and product availability initiatives that directly impact operational execution and customer satisfaction.
