What does a Supply Chain Coordinator & Production Planning Back Up do? As the Supply Chain Coordinator & Production Planning Back Up at Specialty Bakery of Tulsa, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting critical functions such as production planning, scheduling, logistics coordination, and supply chain system management. Serving as the designated backup to the primary coordinator, you will independently manage production sequencing and swiftly respond to any operational disruptions, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted processes. Your keen attention to detail will be essential in maintaining accurate system data while supporting procurement and inventory tasks. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in production scheduling, logistics coordination, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Genesis, NetSuite, Smart Sheets).
Strong documentation and recordkeeping skills for audit compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to analyze situations and make timely decisions under changing conditions.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or a related field is preferred.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
