About The Position
This is a full-time, first-shift position focused on Supply Chain Conversion Coordination and Analysis within Strategic Sourcing. The role involves working with MMIS Systems, hospital-based supply chain operations, and medical sales. The ideal candidate will be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and negotiating effectively. Strong analytical and mathematical skills are essential, along with proficiency in computer systems, particularly Materials Management or related software. Knowledge of hospital supplies, equipment, and GPO Contracts is also required.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or Healthcare Administration.
- At least 5 years of combined experience in Supply Chain work with MMIS Systems, hospital-based Supply Chain, and Medical Sales.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Strong mathematical aptitude with effective analytical abilities.
- Knowledgeable in the use of personal computer, database programs, and Materials Management or related computer systems.
- Knowledge of hospital supplies and equipment and GPO Contracts.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in medical supply sales preferred.
