Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, ERP systems, or data analysis
Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred; SAP, JD Edwards, or similar acceptable)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and assess business impact
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams

Nice To Haves

Exposure to inventory management, order processing, or procurement workflows
Basic understanding of system integrations or data flows between systems
Experience working in cross-functional environments (operations, IT, finance)

Responsibilities

Monitor system integrations between Oracle ERP and connected applications to ensure data accuracy
Investigate discrepancies impacting inventory, orders, and procurement processes
Support issue resolution and escalate risks impacting service levels or financial accuracy
Partner with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and Customer Service teams to resolve data issues
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes supporting system reliability and data integrity
