About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced Supply Chain Compliance Analyst – Self Governance and Compliance to join their team. This role supports the supply chain compliance team in strengthening processes and training across operations. The analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to support compliance procedures, training curriculum development, and process adherence. They will also assist in monitoring internal compliance activities, identifying risks, and driving corrective actions. The position contributes to the continuous improvement of compliance programs, processes, documentation, and employee learning initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure policies, procedures, and training materials are practical, current, and aligned with Boeing standards.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in project management and/or cross-functional integration
Experience with training, communications, and/or learning and development
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain processes
Strong communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Strong drive for process improvement
Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Direct experience with Boeing and/or Boeing Global Services supply chain operations
Experience developing or delivering compliance training
Familiarity with supplier management, audits, assessments, risk identification, and corrective action management
Strong understanding of continuous improvement, change management, and documentation control
Experience using Boeing systems, tools, or internal process frameworks
Knowledge of BGS Supply Chain command media, policies, procedures and work instructions

Responsibilities

Support Boeing Global Services Supply Chain Government’s compliance team in strengthening supply chain compliance processes and training across operations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support compliance procedures, training curriculum development, and process adherence.
Assist in monitoring internal compliance activities, identifying risks, and helping drive corrective actions.
