About The Position

As the Supply Chain Co-op, you will immerse yourself in the heart of our supply chain operations, taking charge of planning warehouse inventory levels to ensure seamless operations. Collaborate with multiple departments, understanding the intricacies of our operations, and play a crucial role in refining our workflows. Join us for an enriching experience where you’ll not only learn but also shape the operational backbone of our business. Semester(s) Offered: Summer/Fall 2026. Pay Rate: $27.50/hour.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or related field.
  • Completed Sophomore year of college.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as SAP.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with various departments and effectively communicate ideas and findings.
  • Local to the St. Louis area with housing options established for the summer.
  • Minimal to no travel required.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience or coursework in project management or organizational strategies.
  • Familiarity with business process mapping tools or software such as Microsoft Visio.
  • Demonstrated ability to take the lead on projects and a keen interest in driving improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the planning and warehouse teams to plan and manage optimal inventory levels, balancing service against operating efficiency.
  • Engage with different departments to gain a holistic understanding of the organization's operations and integrate insights into the process mapping project.
  • Regularly update management on the progress of the process mapping project, presenting findings and proposing actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously gather knowledge about the latest trends and tools in supply chain management, especially in the realm of warehouse inventory planning.
  • Assist in preparing reports to interface with international partners.
