About The Position

The Supply Chain Clerk is responsible for supporting daily supply chain operations including inventory management, order processing, receiving, and distribution of cleanroom supplies and materials. This role ensures accurate tracking of materials, proper documentation, and adherence to quality and contamination control standards required in a cleanroom environment. The Supply Chain Clerk works closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to maintain inventory levels and ensure materials are available to support operational needs.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations preferred.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing/distribution environment
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and quality standards.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required in a warehouse or supply environment.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments of cleanroom supplies, materials, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the company’s inventory management or ERP system.
  • Prepare and process orders for internal departments or external customers.
  • Pick, pack, and stage materials while following cleanroom handling procedures and contamination control standards.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential shortages to the supply chain or purchasing team.
  • Maintain proper labeling, storage, and organization of cleanroom materials in accordance with quality standards.
  • Ensure documentation and traceability requirements are met for regulated materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to support efficient material flow.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols when handling materials.
  • Assist with shipping preparation, including packaging and documentation when required.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain efficiency and inventory control.
