This role involves analyzing business problems to be solved with automated systems, providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements. The position requires configuring system settings and options, planning and executing unit, integration, and acceptance testing, and creating specifications for systems to meet requirements. The role also involves designing details of automated systems, providing consultation to users in the area of automated systems, and potentially leading cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. The individual will report to the Manager, Americas Digital Manufacturing & IE Adoption and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The ability to travel 10% of the time.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Rockwell Automation and PTC MES/IoT software, including FactoryTalk Production Centre (FTPC), Fiix, SAP, and related manufacturing systems.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience supporting and deploying MES, IoT, and Connected Enterprise technologies in a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
Experience with change management, system implementation, testing, and end-user training.
Experience working in a manufacturing operations environment with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple manufacturing locations.

Familiarity with Rockwell Automation MES and IoT platforms is a plus.
Communicate effectively across teams and organizational levels, building alignment and driving results.
