About The Position

Our North American subsidiary, NAOS CANADA Inc., is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst. Reporting to the Logistics and finance Director, the Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain flows, from warehousing to delivery, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and follow-up. The role plays a key part in coordinating between internal departments (marketing, logistics, sales) and external partners (suppliers, carriers, customers).

Requirements

  • Bilingual French/English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain and/or customer service, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management systems (SAP)
  • Good knowledge of customs and logistics regulations
  • Project management and process improvement skills
  • Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Responsiveness and ability to manage unexpected situations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Canadian and/or U.S. pharmacy chains – an asset

Responsibilities

  • Collect, structure, and analyze data from information systems (ERP, WMS, TMS).
  • Identify optimization opportunities across supply chain flows (procurement, production, distribution).
  • Build and monitor performance indicators (Service Level, MOH, Obsolescence, Forecast Accuracy…).
  • Develop decision-making dashboards.
  • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Work closely with planning teams to refine demand forecasts.
  • Participate in supply and inventory planning.
  • Anticipate stock shortages or excess inventory and propose corrective action plans.
  • Contribute to the reliability of the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process.
  • Lead weekly progress meetings for promotional projects.
  • Participate in cross-functional supply chain process improvement projects.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new tools and systems.
  • Monitor technological trends and propose innovations.
  • Support logistics and customer service teams in analyzing and resolving operational issues.
  • Train users on analytical tools and supply chain best practices.
