About The Position

Axiom is seeking full-time Supply Chain/Transportation Attorneys to provide legal counsel and support to clients in various industries, including automotive, retail, technology, consumer goods, and professional services. This role involves drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on regulatory compliance, and assisting clients in mitigating supply chain risks.

Requirements

Licensed U.S. attorney with 3+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on supply chain, transportation, procurement, or logistics law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department setting.
Strong knowledge of U.S., transportation laws and regulations, and international laws and regulations relevant to supply chain management, including the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), Incoterms, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements related to supply chain processes, including vendor, supplier, distribution, and service agreements.

Nice To Haves

Specific experience with electric vehicles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel and support to clients on supply chain and transportation contracts, including drafting and negotiating agreements for procurement, transportation services, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to transportation and logistics, including federal transportation regulations, import/export controls, environmental regulations, customs laws, and international trade regulations.
Assist clients in mitigating supply chain risks, including supplier disputes, product recalls, supply disruptions, and compliance with ethical sourcing standards.
