About The Position

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain/sourcing within large organizations, preferably aftermarket or resales
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- At least 2 years’ experience with SAP and PowerBI
- Willingness to travel up to 20% in North America (occasional international travel)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
- Over 3 years’ experience in sourcing/supply chain for aftermarket
- Demonstrated cost savings through strategic sourcing and supplier optimization
- Certified in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
- Strong market research and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Drive development and execution of comprehensive aftermarket category strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead identification, evaluation, and management of supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and sustainable partnerships
- Implement cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high standards for quality and delivery
- Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Development, and Operations to align procurement with organizational needs
- Track supplier KPIs, evaluate performance, and proactively address performance issues
- Lead and build high-performing cross-functional teams, offering guidance and strategic input
