About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring customer needs are met and information is communicated accurately and timely. The analyst will generate daily/weekly shipping plans, maintain system data integrity, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). The position also involves working within customer portals to maintain a 100% rating, tracking premium freight, and supporting plant operations. The role requires participation in training and development, and reporting customer demand fluctuations to management.

Requirements

Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
Working knowledge of MS Office, Internet Explorer, ERP system (I.e. SAP)
High school / GED required.

Nice To Haves

5+ years' experience in customer service or materials management
Knowledge of IATF and ISO requirements
Previous customer service experience
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Keen on working in a fast-paced environment
2-3 years’ work experience in Logistics or Business

Responsibilities

Ensure customer needs are met and information communicated timely and accurately
Generate a daily / weekly shipping plan for service parts
Provide support within other areas of the department as required
Support and champion any improvement activities assigned
Maintain systems‘ data integrity (I.e. SAP, EDI, APPS, EDDL, Accums and Customer Portal systems)
Participate in any training and development required for this position
Ensure that all assigned KPIs are reported on time and accurately
Ensure customer demand fluctuations are report into the management team in a timely manner to ensure operations and finance plans can be updated
Work within customer portals to maintain 100% rating
Track and report all premium/expedited freight
All other suites assigned as required to support the plant operations
