This role involves managing the weekly CPFR process with key accounts, building and communicating weekly forecasts for Sell In and Sellout units, and ensuring Order Management accuracy in the ERP system (SAP). The analyst will identify and resolve potential gaps in demand/supply forecasts, drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and be involved in managing S&OP escalations. The position also requires managing and measuring supply chain processes, including channel risk and shipping performance. The ideal candidate must be comfortable presenting, promoting consensus-building internally and externally, and working in a multi-cultural business environment. This is a typical entry point for university graduates, where the individual learns to use professional concepts and applies company policies to resolve routine issues. They will work on problems of limited scope, following standard practices and procedures, and will receive detailed instructions on all work.
