About The Position

The Supply Chain Analyst is a highly analytical, on-site role responsible for transforming supply chain data into actionable insights that drive inventory optimization, material availability, and cost control across multiple manufacturing locations. This position serves as a key link between ERP/MRP systems, operational planning, and procurement, supporting the organization’s transition from spreadsheet-based processes to a more integrated, system-driven supply chain model. This role supports a USP/FDA-regulated manufacturing facility and multiple off-site storage locations, requiring approximately 20% travel for year-end physical inventories and quarterly cycle counts. The ideal candidate brings a combination of strong technical data analysis capabilities and hands-on supply chain experience. The Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in advancing supply chain maturity by improving inventory accuracy, supporting production continuity, and enabling scalable, data-driven decision-making across the network.

  • Partner with planning, procurement, and operations teams to improve master data accuracy and planning discipline
  • Analyze inventory trends, safety stock levels, and forecast accuracy to support inventory optimization initiatives
  • Perform cycle counts based on ERP/MRP exception reporting and inventory risk indicators
  • Support and participate in year-end physical inventory counts across manufacturing and off-site storage locations
  • Investigate inventory variances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
  • Support master scheduling activities by aligning material availability with production plans
  • Analyze production schedules and translate demand into actionable material requirements
  • Proactively identify and escalate material shortages, excess inventory risks, and timing constraints
  • Execute purchase orders for indirect spend categories, including packaging, bottles, corrugate, and office supplies
