Supply Chain Analyst

OMNIVISIONSanta Clara, CA

About The Position

Control supply chain from release of new device to mass production of CMOS sensors. Identify functions and properties difference when a new version flow is established with various photo masks. Create wafer loading request by foundry service form and activate lot handling in OVT internal system. Oversee and regulate the schedule in various subcontractors by daily WIP report. Estimate wafer cycle time for each device. Modify the production schedule and manage safety inventory to fit the demand changes from sales or engineers. Maintain the material requirements planning and analyze the wafer yield die, silicon version and cycle time to load bare wafers. Realize process flow from wafer, color filter to assembly, and also understand shared material for each device to mediate inventory by weekly customer demand. Enhance the FAB out schedule by skip unnecessary layers to fit abruptly upside demand. Perform planning for the required material based on the sales forecast. Administer device milestone and demand table to assess the quantity and quality for customer sample. Arrange the purpose for wafers by the qualification map and split table from engineer and product management team. Coordinate with related parties, including engineering, suppliers, overseas production facilities to meet output plan. Collaborate with product and process engineers to develop mask saving flow to reduce production cost. Establish the schedule of backend flow for engineering device and based on the testing result, arrange production flow. Communicate with fulfillment team in Taiwan and China to monitor the output schedule. Regulate the supply plan by the weekly meeting with Taiwan and China fulfillment and foundry team. Liaison with various subcontractors and coordinate with product planners in Asia and product sales managers. Interface with sales, marketing and product management teams to resolve the issues of sales department and production supply. Collaborate with product engineer to resolve unexpected issues such as petal flare, white pixel image, or particle wafer. Coordinate with project management team to rearrange the supply plan for customers when engineering issue occurs. Improve yield die and boost reliability by qualification testing result.
