This role involves verifying order confirmations, monitoring purchase order progression, assessing company processes and inventory to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and collecting data on current operations. The analyst will investigate pain points, develop solutions, negotiate with vendors and carriers, create performance reports, and collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery. Additionally, the role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with shippers and vendors, assessing vendor operations, and enforcing compliance with quality standards.
