This is a strategic and influential role that will shape the delivery experience for all Phoenix retail customers, owning and executing the end-to-end cost and quality performance. The role involves reviewing and tracking warehouse and operational supply usage, inventory levels, and replenishment needs. It also includes monitoring inventory accuracy, coordinating inventory counts, and researching discrepancies. The analyst will track inbound ASN/PO completion rates and vendor fulfillment performance to identify shortages, delays, and recurring issues. Additionally, the role involves monitoring top- and tail-performing SKUs, identifying opportunities for consolidation or disposition, and identifying smart-slotting and inventory consolidation opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and space utilization. The position also entails researching and evaluating vendors for cost-saving opportunities, comparing pricing, service levels, and alternatives to support purchasing decisions and ongoing cost optimization. The analyst will prepare and distribute daily DTC operational reporting, develop and maintain weekly inbound and outbound volume projections, monitor transmission and system errors, and track VAS projects from initiation through completion. The role also includes processing and tracking inventory adjustment requests and partnering with warehouse operations to investigate inventory discrepancies. Finally, the analyst will respond to supply chain and inventory-related requests from Customer Service and other internal teams, coordinate store address changes, and maintain accurate shipping/location information. This role requires partnering with Operations, Customer Service, Transportation, IT, and external vendors to resolve day-to-day supply chain issues.
