Here, you will make an impact by: Analyzing demand requirements to create procurement and production schedules for area of responsibility Providing a high degree of planning analysis to develop and maintain operating rhythm to ensure smooth supply chain operations, aligning supply with demand Responsible for coordinating with internal and external suppliers, and various business teams to meet service, cost, and Inventory target. Identifies and leads projects that improve supply chain speed and inventory investment. Review and reports on project progress with management Utilize Supply Chain tools and processes such as Emes, Peoplesoft, and Factory Planner, Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve service, inventory turns, and non-working inventory

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Two (2) years of supply chain or planning experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Factory Planner, eMes, DMPT, other factory systems.
  • Experience with SAP
  • Advanced data analysis including Power BI, Invento & Microsoft Excel skills
  • APICS CPIM certification or willingness to pursue
  • Lean Six Sigma experience or similar certification or training
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills
  • Collaboration skills
  • Project/Process Improvements/Change Implementation

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing demand requirements to create procurement and production schedules for area of responsibility
  • Providing a high degree of planning analysis to develop and maintain operating rhythm to ensure smooth supply chain operations, aligning supply with demand
  • Coordinating with internal and external suppliers, and various business teams to meet service, cost, and Inventory target.
  • Identifying and leading projects that improve supply chain speed and inventory investment.
  • Reviewing and reporting on project progress with management
  • Utilizing Supply Chain tools and processes such as Emes, Peoplesoft, and Factory Planner, Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve service, inventory turns, and non-working inventory
  • Complying with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.
  • Contributing to a strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement.
