About The Position

The Supply Chain Analyst role is responsible for data integrity and analysis within supply chain operations, managing vendor relationships, collaborating with internal teams, identifying process improvements, and generating reports on key performance indicators. This position operates in both a professional office and manufacturing environment and requires proficiency in communication, Excel, and time management. A high school diploma/GED is required, along with adherence to International Trade in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect and maintain accurate data on supply chain operations, including inventory levels, inbound freight costs, and procurement costs.
• Act as a key point of contact for our suppliers, help establish new vendor partnerships, and assess current vendor performance for quality and reliability.
• Assist buyer(s) by issuing purchase orders to vendors as directed.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams such as Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to ensure operational goals are aligned.
• Identify inefficiencies in our current workflows and provide data-driven recommendations to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
• Work with Purchasing Supervisor and ERP Administrator to develop process improvements for the supply chain team.
• Develop and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
