About The Position

Patrick Industries Corporate Office is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to add to their growing team! The Supply Chain Analyst works to support the global supply chain of multiple product lines specific to a Group of Business Units to help increase efficiencies and decrease costs. In this role, the Analyst will provide support, guidance and strategic direction to Customers within the organization!

Requirements

  • Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. purchasing and inventory management, warehousing and transportation)
  • Proficiency in computer databases, statistics applications and logistics programs with the ability to do analysis is desired
  • Strong analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization and beyond
  • Driven and creative self-starter with passion to go above and beyond expectations
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills, with an affinity towards servicing customers and providing solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field is highly desired
  • Experience in Power-BI is highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards providing Leadership visibility into transportation performance across Parcel, LTL, and TL modes, including cost per shipment, on-time delivery, claims, and carrier performance metrics.
  • Serve as a key contributor in the implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration of the Transportation Management System (TMS), ensuring accurate rating, routing, freight audit visibility, and shipment tracking.
  • Design and implement processes to gather, validate, and manage transportation data across Parcel, LTL, and TL carriers to improve reporting accuracy and decision-making.
  • Perform ongoing analysis of freight spend (Parcel, LTL, TL), mode selection, carrier performance, accessorial charges, back orders, and delivery lead times to identify cost savings and service improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions related to transportation execution, TMS utilization, freight audit processes, and global trade compliance.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure accurate freight accruals, vendor invoice reconciliation, freight audit resolution, and timely payment of carrier invoices.
