Supply Chain Analyst
About The Position
This role is responsible for ensuring customer needs are met and information is communicated timely and accurately. The Supply Chain Analyst will generate daily/weekly shipping plans for service parts, provide departmental support, and champion improvement activities. A key aspect of the role involves maintaining data integrity across various systems including SAP, EDI, APPS, EDDL, Accums, and the Customer Portal. The analyst will also participate in required training, report on KPIs, communicate customer demand fluctuations to management, manage customer portals to maintain a 100% rating, and track/report all premium/expedited freight. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to support plant operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in customer service or materials management
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Knowledge of IATF and ISO requirements
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Internet Explorer, ERP system (I.e. SAP)
- Previous customer service experience
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen on working in a fast-paced environment
- High school / GED required
Nice To Haves
- 2-3 years’ work experience in Logistics or Business
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer needs are met and information communicated timely and accurately

- Support and champion any improvement activities assigned
- Maintain systems‘ data integrity (I.e. SAP, EDI, APPS, EDDL, Accums and Customer Portal systems)
- Participate in any training and development required for this position
- Ensure that all assigned KPIs are reported on time and accurately
- Ensure customer demand fluctuations are report into the management team in a timely manner to ensure operations and finance plans can be updated
- Work within customer portals to maintain 100% rating
- Track and report all premium/expedited freight
- All other suites assigned as required to support the plant operations
