About The Position

The Supply Chain Analyst is an established performer that works to facilitate and support the Supply Chain function and projects. This role supports the enterprise supply chain network through the development of business plans and on-going analysis of business and industry data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 2-4 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
  • Highly analytical.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

  • Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team.
  • Fleet & Lifecycle Management: maintain fleet systems, track vehicle history and cost, monitor utilization/downtime, support replacement/disposal planning, and identify cost saving opportunities.
  • Cross Functional Coordination: coordinate with procurement, maintenance, operations, and 3rd party vendors to support performance, including tracking and updating the KPI boards.
  • Operational Reporting & Analytics: daily PO reporting, weekly CAMS/Lognet/booking, monthly audits (CVD, Bowler), scheduled ARP/BOL/Container/CAMS checks, and book not shipped PO tracking.
  • Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts.
  • Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or technical imagination to address business challenges.
  • Conduct analysis, integration, and coordination of various elements in assigned area of supporting supply chain.
  • Collaborate with necessary functions/positions to develop, monitor, and improve forecast accuracy for product line(s) as assigned.
  • Execute the "day to day" demand planning activities, including but not limited to supporting the S&OP development and analyzing demand analytics.
  • Help analyze and align demand with capacity for assigned groups.
  • Maintain, improve, and provide recommendations on the assigned Supply Chain function using BI software.
  • Develop new processes and procedures to deliver value-added supply chain analytical services to support management decision making process.
  • Actively manage working and non-working inventories in assigned businesses to maintain compliance and achieve inventory investment targets.
  • Monitor output and drive continuous improvement with each defined metric. Recommend new ways to track inventory reporting.
  • Execute cost and profit modeling using existing capacity planning tools.
  • May be responsible for additional responsibilities as defined by area such as sales operations planning and freight.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
