About The Position

ERCO Worldwide is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Logistics team at our Corporate Office! The Supply Chain Analyst supports the execution of supply chain operations by managing inventory, coordinating fleet utilization, and ensuring alignment between production, logistics, and customer service. The role is focused on maintaining optimal inventory levels across plants and terminals, supporting customer service with operational updates, and ensuring consistency through standardized processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) is required.
  • Certified Professional in Inventory Management is Preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Supporting the S&OP process (cross-functional coordination across sales and operations).
  • Experience with inventory management.
  • Experience with scheduling and prioritization of customer orders.
  • Experience developing and monitoring supply chain activities using KPI and other forward looking modeling tools.
  • Experience dealing with customers, suppliers, and other service providers.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across plants and terminals to align with demand forecasts and production plans.
  • Maintain inventory within target ranges, minimize stockouts/excess, and support reconciliation and accuracy improvements.
  • Work with Production, Transportation, and Customer Service teams to support execution of daily/weekly supply chain plans including scheduling and order prioritization.
  • Provide timely updates on plant status, production constraints, and scheduling limitations.
  • Enable Customer Service to manage order commitments and prioritize customer needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with Fleet Manager and Transportation Analyst to support efficient fleet utilization.
  • Analyze supply/demand changes and recommend reallocation actions to avoid service disruptions.
  • Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for supply chain activities.
  • Ensure processes are standardized, accurate, and aligned with best practices.
  • Support sales with order control.
  • Reply to general inquiries from other departments.
