About The Position

The Supply Chain Analyst I manages customer service and order-to-cash activities for Industrial Sales, supporting leadership across products including glyphosate, acetochlor, and phosphorus. The role oversees customer orders, shipments, invoices, collections, account setup, and tolling operations, coordinating with customers, suppliers, external warehouses, product supply, and internal stakeholders. The position may be located in Creve Coeur, Missouri, or residence-based, depending on industry experience.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop customer service for more than 20 industrial sales customers representing $400 million in annual revenue.
Manage day-to-day customer service and order-to-cash functions, supporting product availability and customer timing needs.
Oversee order processing, shipping requests based on customer purchase orders, and accurate invoicing.
Coordinate with product supply, external warehouses, and internal stakeholders to communicate accurate product availability.
Develop the daily glyphosate technical sales shipping schedule to meet customer commitments.
Communicate with customers regularly about orders, invoicing, and collections.
Create new customers in SAP and manage account setup, shipping and payment terms, invoicing, ship-to locations, and related system requirements.
Track and reconcile customer accounts receivable, communicating with customers to resolve discrepancies and prevent past-due invoices.
Work with customers to improve processes and communications and enhance the customer experience.
Identify, implement, and oversee continuous improvements to Industrial Sales processes, internal efficiency, cost position, and performance metrics.
Support U.S. tolling operations for Roundup QuikPro and dicamba salt by coordinating and communicating with suppliers.
Review toller invoices for accuracy.
