About The Position

Acne Studios is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator for their New York office. This role is responsible for the administrative aspects of the collaboration with their 3PL US partner, Bergen Logistics, including announcing and monitoring inbound traffic, KPI reporting, and invoice auditing. The position also involves direct contact with key suppliers for the US Supply Chain function and managing specific logistical processes. The company emphasizes a culture of collaboration, support, inclusion, and trust, aiming to minimize environmental impact and address societal challenges.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years relevant work experience in supply chain, logistics, preferably fashion or similar
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, action-oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Coursework in supply chain & logistics is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring our warehouse partner delivers and fulfills objectives and directions, while working proactively to ensure the highest operational standards are deployed at all times
  • Announcing deliveries and managing daily inbound flow to third-party warehouse
  • Auditing invoices and customs duty and tax bills and assisting with documentation
  • Collecting, analyzing and reporting on inbound KPI’s
  • Assisting with Supply-Chain development projects in general and improvement projects for the US market
  • Assisting the Wholesale, Retail and E-commerce teams at New York office in delivery related matters
