About The Position

Novetus Engineering LLC is looking to fill a Supply Chain Administrator position. This role involves developing proposals, work orders, secondment agreements, and professional service agreements with/for clients and subcontractors. The administrator will coordinate and manage the supply chain process from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of materials and products. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, ordering materials, collaborating with other departments, developing and maintaining supplier relationships, and tracking supply chain performance metrics.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Business field
• 1-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Administrator or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a business, finance or supply chain field is preferred.
