About The Position

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Supply Chain Account Specialist to join their team and play a key role in supporting Pratt & Whitney engine programs through proactive supplier management and delivery assurance. This role is an excellent start/transition into supply chain and offers high visibility, cross-functional exposure, and strong career growth potential across the organization. As a Supply Chain Account Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring supplier performance aligns with program requirements, with a strong focus on on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. You will serve as a liaison between internal teams, customers, and suppliers in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Supply Chain, procurement, supplier management, or related operations experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
  • Experience developing or improving standardized processes

Responsibilities

  • Drive on-time delivery performance by proactively managing supplier commitments and expediting material as needed.
  • Support day-to-day procurement execution and delivery assurance activities for Pratt & Whitney engine programs.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery risks and constraints.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring clear communication and responsiveness to program needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality, engineering, and operations.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and implement corrective actions to meet business objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including development and standardization of processes.
