Job Purpose and Impact The Supply and Inventory Planner will manage supply and inventory plans for imported products across multiple warehouses, bulk terminals and external manufacturing locations. This role will coordinate international supply, inventory deployment and replenishment activities to support customer service, inventory targets and reliable product availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Three or more years of supply chain planning experience.
  • Experience with import planning, international logistics or warehouse replenishment.
  • Experience with SAP or another enterprise resource planning system.
  • Experience managing inventory across multiple warehouses, terminals or external manufacturers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in using AI to improve planning, reporting and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain supply and inventory plans for assigned imported products and locations.
  • Coordinate inbound supply with international suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses and external manufacturers.
  • Manage inventory deployment across the distribution network based on demand, supply and storage constraints.
  • Monitor purchase orders, shipments, inventory levels and projected shortages.
  • Develop recovery plans for supply delays, inventory shortages and changing demand.
  • Maintain accurate planning data, lead times, shipment schedules and inventory parameters.
  • Communicate supply risks, service impacts and required actions to business partners and leadership.
  • Support monthly planning processes and continuous improvement of planning tools and processes.
  • Independently resolve moderately complex planning issues and escalate significant risks.
